SuperKey SRL (“SuperKey”, “we”, “us”) provides a bespoke concierge service for sourcing and securing access to events, tickets, dining reservations, and related experiences (“Services”) on behalf of its clients (“Client”, “you”).

SuperKey acts strictly as an authorised agent of the Client and performs professional research, monitoring, sourcing, and procurement efforts based on the Client’s instructions. SuperKey provides services only and does not operate as a ticket reseller, broker, or marketplace for tickets or reservations.

All amounts paid to SuperKey relate either to (i) professional concierge services or (ii) third-party costs incurred on the Client’s behalf, as further described below.

SuperKey operates as an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, associated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or officially connected with any event organiser, promoter, venue, restaurant, hospitality group, or official ticketing platform.

All third-party trademarks™, service marks, and registered® trademarks are the property of their respective owners. References are made for descriptive purposes only and do not imply endorsement or partnership.

SuperKey undertakes to use commercially reasonable and professional best efforts to fulfil each Client request. All Services are subject to availability, third-party terms, market demand, and external factors beyond SuperKey’s control.

SuperKey does not guarantee that any request will be successfully fulfilled, nor does it guarantee specific seating, pricing, dates, locations, or availability unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Prior to the commencement of work on a request, Clients are required to pay in advance (i) SuperKey’s service fee and (ii) any associated ticket, reservation, or third-party costs, as quoted by SuperKey and accepted by the Client.

SuperKey collects such amounts as the Client’s authorised agent for the purpose of attempting fulfilment of the request. Quoted third-party costs are estimates based on availability at the time of quotation and may be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant organiser or venue.

Non-Successful Requests: If SuperKey is unable to successfully secure the requested tickets or reservation within an agreed or reasonable timeframe, all amounts paid by the Client, including the service fee and associated quoted third-party costs, shall be refunded in full.

Successful Fulfilment: Once SuperKey has successfully secured the requested tickets or reservation in accordance with the Client’s request and has notified the Client, the service shall be deemed fully performed. At that point, the service fee becomes fully earned and non-refundable.

Any tickets or reservations successfully secured on the Client’s behalf are also non-refundable, except where a refund is permitted by the relevant organiser or venue under their own terms.

Clients acknowledge and agree that once a request has been successfully fulfilled, the service cannot be cancelled and no refund shall be issued due to change of mind, personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction with the event, artist, venue, or dining experience.

Following successful procurement, the contractual relationship exists exclusively between the Client and the relevant event organiser or restaurant. SuperKey bears no responsibility for cancellations, postponements, rescheduling, venue changes, performer changes, seat quality, or service quality.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuperKey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of enjoyment, travel expenses, accommodation costs, or missed opportunities.

SuperKey shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred while attending an event or visiting a venue secured through the Services.

The Client warrants that all information provided to SuperKey is accurate and lawful and agrees to comply with all applicable venue rules, ticket terms, entry requirements, and local laws.

The Client agrees not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including unauthorised resale or activities that would breach the terms of an organiser or venue.

SuperKey processes personal data solely for the purpose of providing the Services and in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable. Client data is handled confidentially and is not sold to third parties.

All communications and transactions must remain within the Blackbell platform in accordance with the platform rules.

SuperKey commits to responding to Client inquiries within a reasonable timeframe and no later than 24 hours during normal business days.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SuperKey SRL is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

In order to fulfil certain requests, SuperKey may be required to place orders, make reservations, or complete purchases on the Client’s behalf using third-party platforms operated by event organisers, venues, restaurants, or ticketing providers.

The Client expressly authorises SuperKey to act as their agent for these purposes, including (where required) creating accounts in the Client’s name and/or providing the Client’s personal details (such as name and email address) at checkout or during the booking process.

Any such accounts or bookings are created solely for the purpose of fulfilling the Client’s request and remain subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of the relevant third-party provider.

By submitting a request and completing payment, the Client confirms that they have obtained all necessary rights and consents for the use of their personal details in this manner and agrees that SuperKey is authorised to proceed on their behalf.

By submitting a request and completing payment, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the upfront payment requirement, the best-efforts nature of the Services, and the refund policy applicable to successful and non-successful requests.

Payment constitutes the Client’s explicit acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and forms a binding agreement between the Client and SuperKey SRL.
